    When you enter the Armada Hoffler Tower parking garage from the Town Center Dr. side, going up the ramp there are mirrors that allow you to see if a vehicle is approaching one of the blind corners from the other direction. This week, it looks like the second mirror (as you are entering the garage) got knocked out of alignment, so now you can't tell if a car is coming the other way unless it's almost at the corner already. If someone could check that out, it would be appreciated.

    The signal at Virginia Beach Blvd./Great Neck was preempted by an ambulance that was traveling west. During the recovery, three cycles and almost 10 minutes passed before the eastbound left turns (the ones coming from Lynnhaven Pkwy turning onto NB Great Neck) got a green signal while there was a lot of time given to the westbound through movement on Virginia Beach Blvd. (to serve few vehicles, since they were all flushed out in the preemption, although the WB left turns spilled back out of the turn lane).

    Considering how busy this intersection is, it seems like the preemption recovery sequence for this signal might need to be reviewed. Thank you.
