Please note, that this lot is adjacent to a sidewalk that leads to a park and elementary school.

This area has long been abandoned by the City. It is supposed to be a paved street that dead ends all the way to the fence (the one shared by the apartments). Exactly like how the opposite end of the street (which leads to Montie Beach Park) is constructed. There is overgrown grass & trash buildup from vagrants that "squat" there from time to time. Please look at the City Plat which confirms that this area belongs to the City and should be maintained and re paved by the City per City Plat. You can still see what remains of the old paved street and also the sewer drain; which at one time was the "corner marker".

There is standing water where there should be a sidewalk. The standing water (puddle) covers the area of the owners property, to the street. This is a result of the lot owner covering up the ditches (adding a culvert) without properly grading and doing proper drainage. Additionally, the lot owner does not secure the lot which invites neighbors to park their vehicles; causing the dirt to sink further and expanding the circumference of the puddle. Not to mention the trash that has accumulated. Kids who walk to school and use this pathway have three options: walk on the street, walk on the trash (which includes broken glass), or walk through the standing water. The pic was taken on Saturday (5 days after a rainshower) and usually standing water that lasts a week.

This lot is on the corner. Many children pass by as they go to the community center (Montie Beach) or to the elementary school (Browning Elementary). This trailer has been parked out there for months and people take the liberty to dump trash there.

This photo was taken June 13. There was no rain the day the photo was taken. There is always standing water in these two places.

The graffiti is actually on the side of a cable/phone box that is managed by ATT. Not sure who can address this.
