Street Maintenance Archived301 Adair St Decatur, GA 30030, USA - DecaturTwo growing potholes on Adair are already damaging vehicles and need prompt attention.

Sidewalks Archived110 Clairemont Ave Decatur, GA 30030, USA - DecaturThe protected pedestrian walkway in front of the new motel construction has lights installed. They worked for a few days but have been dark for the last week or so. It is really dark in such a covered space once the sun goes down, even more so since the street lights diagonally across Clairemont have been out for over a year (another issue that was reported but has thus far been ignored).

Street Signs Archived308-398 N Candler St Decatur, GA 30030, USA - DecaturThe "Do Not Enter" sign on the SW corner of E. Ponce and N. Candler needs to be reset into concrete. It is set in loose dirt and falls over regularly.

Street Maintenance, lights out Archived125 Clairemont Ave Decatur, GA 30030, USA - DecaturNot really street maintenance, but there is no category for street lights being out. None of the old-fashioned street lights in front of Town Center Two is working. Neither is the taller one across the street at the corner oh Marshall Street. This combination makes for a couple of blocks of really dark sidewalks at this time of year.

Post to neighbors Archived160 Clairemont Ave Decatur, Georgia - DecaturThis ZipCar sign just north of the Marriott just about knocked a blind man unconscious today. His cane told him the path was clear and he walked head-on into this low hanging sign (under 5 feet high).

Post to neighbors Acknowledged212 East Lake Drive - DecaturNorthbound on East Lake at Park, the right traffic light needs a right-fork arrow. Drivers keep driving straight through the light instead of veering right, and they end up driving in the bike lane.

Sidewalks ArchivedAdair At W. Howard Decatur, Georgia - DecaturApproaching W. Howard going south on Adair, it is impossible to tell if a pedestrian is approaching from the west because of all the foliage covering the sidewalk. That is, it is impossible without moving into the path of oncoming traffic. Is this the city's problem or should the property owner (Friends Meeting House) be required to clean things up?

City Facilities Maintenance Archived340 West Ponce De Leon Avenue Decatur, Georgia - DecaturMaybe not the correct category, but there doesn't appear to be one that fits. The "Stop for Pedestrians" sign in the middle of the crossing in front of Taqueria del Sol has been knocked down again, about a month ago. The sign, when it was up, was particularly effective in this location.
