    This (city owned?) lot is overgrown, and you can't walk down the sidewalk through the weeds. I saw the lot across the street was cleaned up last week ... Please clean up this one too!!

    Virginia 76 Richmond, VA 23221, USA - Windsor Farms
    A traffic accident a few months ago took down the stop sign here. It has yet to be replaced. It's crucial for drivers exiting 76 onto Douglasdale to have a stop sign. Could also use a sign about "beware oncoming vehicles" since there is a blind spot over which cars come very fast. I witness near-misses here every day.

    While the city has cleared the construction equipment from these two lots, the sidewalks bordering them are impassable, filled with weeds and overgrowth.
