    I have been on the telephone trying to speak with a supervisor regarding this issue foe 40 minutes. I have been disconnected and lied to. I was at 5:25 informed by an employee name Juan that the supervisors have gone home and then he told me that they were all in meeting. This is unprofessional and it will be reported.

    I have complained on several occasions about DPW trash collection pick up. On Tuesday when the trash is collected the drivers take my can halfway down the alley which caused me to have to go get my trash cans I have filed a complaint my last complaint number was 1500 1945 46 I have attached the picture and I will attach other pictures regarding this this complaint is being forwarded to you because I would like for this to cease immediately.
