    Just outside the driveway of 279 Elm Street there is an old excavation patch (apparently from a water line dig) which has sunken over the years such that the eastern side of it is now several inches below grade, which is rough on cars going over it. Please fill so that it is grade-level.

    As part of the Speen Street water pipe work, a foot-wide trench was dug across Old Connecticut Path. Speen Street was repaved yesterday, but nothing was done about the trench, which the original construction crew failed to properly fill, such that it is now a depression across the road. Please have a crew fully fill that with asphalt.
