I moved into the house next door to this property in December 2014. It was abandoned then and just continues to crumble. The building is most definitely unsafe and uninhabitable.
The front of the house has caved in since we moved next door 8 months ago and other walls will soon cave in.
The house needs to be knocked down and the yard cleared. This is a nice neighborhood that continues to get nicer (other than this house) and (in my opinion) the city or the county need to get in there and tear down this house.
