    Westbound on 62ND Ave NE just prior to Pine St NE approximately 5 feet before the fire hydrant. There is a new palm tree that has sprouted at the curb on the street side erupting through the asphalt into the right travel lane from the curb.

    At the intersection of 62ND Ave NE and Pine St NE. East of Pine St on North side of 62ND Ave NE. FPC Pole B336266. There is a wire hanging from near the top of the pole through a retaining hook, doubled over and hanging down at both ends. Wire is not connected to anything except the pole and sways in the breeze. It's no longer in use and should be COMPLETELY Removed rather than just snipped at both ends with over 10 feet of free run on both sides being allowed to blow around in the breeze.
