Eastbound Cortland at elston has traffic signal turned and not visible.

Traffic Signals are not synced between Webster/Clybourn intersection and Shakespeare/Clybourn intersection. When one is green the other is red causing terrible traffic congestion in through that stretch. The lights became out of sync after a recent power outage in early April. It used to not be a problem previously but now it's horrible to travel through that area since the lights are not synced correctly.

Traffic signals at Clybourn and Fullerton and Clybourn/Medill/Ashland are out of sync causing terrible traffic congestion on Clybourn southbound. This started to happen about 3 weeks ago when there was a power outage in the neighborhood and every since the signals were not synced correctly between those two intersections and traffic continues to back up.

Very large and deep pothole at driveway entrance to parking ramp.

Large pot hole with 1 foot piece of cement protruding out if road around manhole cover. Dangerous for vehicles and causes damage.
