High grass, weeds, trash, and tires. Zika breeding ground and lots of pregnant women living in apartment complexes surrounding area.

Bulldozed apartment complex there are tires throughout the complex

This is an abandoned and bulldozed apartment complex. I can see standing water and three tires from the road. I am sure there are other tires throughout the complex.
