    Several flex markers along south side of West Franklin are missing. One near 505, one near the municipal parking lot (pictures of both locations included) and one near the McDonalds exit drive (no picture). As a note, all of the markers on front of the Topo Distillery have been whacked. Please replace them with concrete-filled steel bollards!

    I am reporting this as a "sign" issue because I don't know how to categorize it otherwise since "flex marker" isn't available .

    There are many "No Smoking" signs, but no enforcement

    It's bad when people smoke outside of the bus on the platform, take one last drag then step on the bus and exhale. Or exhale outside of the bus, but when they step on, their clothing reeks of cigarette smoke

    This morning about 06:40, I biked to Brandwein's and saw the eastbound bike lane on Rosemary St was blocked with a barricade. Odd; I didn't see any construction, but there was a box van parked in the bike lane about 80 feet east of the barricade The driver was making a delivery at this location.

    Maybe ten minutes later, as I ate my bagel, a man from the bagel shop came outside and he dragged the barricade to the north side of Rosemary and left it in the bike lane. While the barricade was left at 90 degrees to the bike lane, the legs are still blocking the bike lane.

    It's bad enough the Town prioritizes cars over people with the section of parking east of Brandwein's, but it appears the Town also allows businesses to set up their own "Road Closed" barricades.

    With seemingly no legitimate purpose for the barricade, it should be removed from the street immediately .

    The long-term detour of Walnut Creek Greenway includes a section of sidewalk on the south side of Poole Rd between Rose Lane and Beverly Road. This detour deserves the same maintenance and care as the actual Greenway. Currently, it is partially blocked by tree limbs hanging low over the trail and shrubs growing out laterally into the trail. And sometimes, there is broken glass littering the trail.

    Please maintain the detour as well as you maintain the regular greenway trail.

    Why is there an approximately two block length of West Morgan Street that is posted for 35 mph when much longer sections before and after are posted at 25 mph? Starting at the Hillsborough Street roundabout, West Morgan is 25 mph. Travel several blocks east and it changes to 35 mph at St. Marys. Go about two blocks further east to Glenwood, and it changes back to 25 mph and it stays 25 mph until it merges with New Bern which is also posted for 25 mph. I suggest you sign it for 25 mph for the entire length. Get rid of the two-block length of 35 mph speed.

    There are two signal heads for the two lanes of Eastbound Poole Road traffic at the intersection with MLK, Jr Blvd. As you face the intersection, the left signal head is twisted so drivers can't see the light signals.

    Short Cycle. Green cycle for East Main is 15 seconds +/-. Seems rather short.

    I noticed this on Friday morning, Nov 26, as I sat outside enjoying my Rise biscuit and coffee.

    I watched several cycles and confirmed the time for green on East Main.

    Broken glass in bike lane. The eastbound bike lane on Poole Rd between Raleigh Blvd and MLK, Jr. Blvd and Poole Rd intersection is a magnet for broken glass. It needs street sweeping on a routine time schedule. You can't sweep it once a year and call it good. This section needs weekly sweeping. My daily bike commute covers 11.25 miles in Raleigh, and only this section, of about 4,220 ft, constantly has broken glass. At 10 mph, the street sweeper can sweep the bike lane in under five minutes.
