Ladiv Chekov

All 3 properties are in abandoned condition, with questionable squatters/homeless using them as shelter. The smell is horrendous. All need to be condemned/demolished to clear the way for stable construction or clear lot condition. Plus, they are destroying property, values as well as personal safety.
