    Sidewalk needs to be repaired/replaced. Posses a tripping hazard to the many people that walk up and down the street. Kids play around this area as well, making it especially unsafe.

    Vacant lot desperately needs to be maintained. People are starting to dump trash and debris, so it is becoming a magnet for rodents and pests. The lot is so overgrown that passing on the sidewalk is impossible. There's a townhouse complex right next to it where children play, making it even more unsafe.
