Issue Id 14639952 "Closed" earlier today.
The flooding violation occurs at 2322 River Valley with the result of that flooding adversely effecting property at 2318 River Valley Dr. This is where the water flows to the street and silt stains the driveway at 2318 River Valley.

Tuesday, May 23, 20023 / approx. 4:00pm: Resident at 2322 River Valley floods driveway [at 2318 River Valley] all the way to the street while cleaning/flushing pool filter. Although water dried, the white filter silt stain clearly marks water path. This also resulted in a permanent white staining [“over newly power washed drive”] that will have to be removed with another power washing. This is a known result as this happens every cleaning.

Fence is completely down and can be seen from Independence Drive as well from Valley Manor cul de sac. Even if this is a bank owned property, it needs to be fixed.

A new year - with less than 60 days from the last flood.
Does a new year clear past violations?

Under the fence – down the driveway to the edge of the truck [must step in the water to enter the truck] – continuing down the drive – out to the front curb.

How many repeat violations constitute a permanent solution?

The resident has run the pump multiple times without flooding so it can be deduced that this can be a controlled event. [Video to confirm this.]

Notice, no rain before this event or after so the overflow is not weather related.

1. Drains where there is entry to drivers side autos.
2. Drains across drive way to flower beds.
3. Drains out to front curb if system is allowed to run long enough. Past documented with dye.

Pump Is usually shut off once picture taking begins as with this latest set of pictures so flooding is stopped.
Pumps are run regularly for long periods of time without flooding my property which implies flooding can be controlled.

Has been going on regularly every month. At times high levels of chlorine is present by smell and color of water.
