house has a lot of trash and unused trash items in front of property, refrigerator, cabinets, couches, broken canopies, etc.

Trash and over grown weeds on Industrial Blvd, between Naples and L Street.

Car was towed from Fifth Avenue in Downtown this weekend. I paid for the meter, but when I came out car was towed. The signs they have posted are not clear. And they put extra cones out after hours. Those cones should be put out since the mornings on those days so you clearly see that you can't park there after 8 p.m. Instead the two signs they have posted. 1 is clearly in RED states no parking Tues - Thurs 3 a.m. to 6 am. Street Sweeping. The other states, 3 min parking (not in red) passenger loading only 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday only violators will be towed. Making it seem to me that it only applies to the loading areas, not the entire street. They need to be more clear, and post those cones all day on Friday and Saturday so people see them.

There is a lot of trash on the east side of Industrial Blvd, by Palomar Street.

There is a broken down brown car on the side of the road, has been there all this week. No license plate. This morning I noticed there is graffiti on it. Major Eye Sore!
