Car was towed from Fifth Avenue in Downtown this weekend. I paid for the meter, but when I came out car was towed. The signs they have posted are not clear. And they put extra cones out after hours. Those cones should be put out since the mornings on those days so you clearly see that you can't park there after 8 p.m. Instead the two signs they have posted. 1 is clearly in RED states no parking Tues - Thurs 3 a.m. to 6 am. Street Sweeping. The other states, 3 min parking (not in red) passenger loading only 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday only violators will be towed. Making it seem to me that it only applies to the loading areas, not the entire street. They need to be more clear, and post those cones all day on Friday and Saturday so people see them.

There is so much graffiti on a fence on Naples Street and Woodlawn. It has been there, and now another gang just tagged it some more. Please take care of this. Doesn't the city have a graffiti clean up crew?
