  • Illegal Dumping Acknowledged
6064-6090 Monroe Avenue Oakland, California - Upper Rockridge
This has been reported…over a month ago. This particular site has been hit several times over the past year. It is time that the city installed cameras to catch the scofflaws and have them arrested or at least fined severely so that we can stop having this problem.
Area homeowners, if you are having remodeling done, help prevent this by withholding payment for dumping until the company shows a receipt from a legitimate disposal company that clearly indicates the proper disposal of your debris.
  • 5283 Broadway Oakland, California - Rockridge
Someone has dumped a great deal of trash at 5283 Broadway in the storefront area. There are also 2-3 feet tall weeds growing up in the cracks of the sidewalk.
Please see to it that the owner is cited and/or the space is cleaned up, there is a fair amount of pedestrian traffic in the area.
  • Illegal Dumping Acknowledged
Monroe Ave. Oakland, California - Upper Rockridge
This is the fourth time in a year that I have seen illegal dumping at this location. Once again, it seems to be from a construction site; probably done by fly-by-night contractors saving money and time by dumping on public property.
Isn't it time that the city installed hidden cameras?
  • 5666 Ocean View Oakland, California - Rockridge
Two cars are parked at this address that have not appeared to have been moved in many days. The one in back is parked so close to the other that you can not read the license of the front car, However, the back car has an expired listens plate…2014.
Can these cars be ticketed and towed? They are using parking spaces on a public street in a business and residential area that should be for "legal" vehicles. Ironically, there are also three "dead" cars in the driveway at this address, a bit of an eyesore!
  • 5666 Ocean View Oakland, California - Rockridge

I do not know if my first report went through so….

Two cars parked at 5666 Ocean View have not been moved in several days. They are parked so close together that only the back car's license plate can be seen and it is expired (2014) but parked on a city street in a busy business and residential area. Please have them ticketed and towed so that others can pork there legally! Ironically, there are three "dead" cars parked in the driveway of 5666 Ocean View. Could it be the same person???

  • 5666 Ocean View Oakland, California - Rockridge
This is the other vehicle parked on the street at 5666 Ocean View that has not been moved in several days. The license plate is blocked from view by the car behind it which has expired by two years) plates. The front plates do show but don 't show if the registration is current.
Please get these ticketed and towed so that people can park there legally!
  • 5666 Ocean View Oakland, California - Rockridge
There are two cars parked on the street in front of 5666 Ocean View that have not been moved in many days. Parked so close that only one license plate is visible, the one that IS visible is valid through 2014. Time to be ticketed and towed, they are taking up prime parking space in the Rockridge business and residential area.
Ironically, there are three "dead" cars in the driveway at this same address. Might they all belong to the same person?
  • Pothole Archived
Park Blvd Between El Centro Ave And Dolores Ave. Oakland, California - Glenview
Driving up Park Blvd. towards Highway 13 I hit a pothole that was unusually deep, even by Oakland standards. I was surprised that I didn't suffer tire damage. It is in the left hand lane and felt to be 8 to 10 inches deep.
  • Illegal Dumping Acknowledged
    Brush St. Between 5th & 6th Oakland, California - Acorn-Acorn Industrial
Technically this is a homeless encampment with an overflow of trash and dumping that has made the sidewalk an embarrassing site. Surely we can do better than this. The entire sidewalk is covered with tents and trash gets thrown over the adjacent fence.
  • Monroe Ave. Oakland, California - Upper Rockridge
This is at least the third time in 6 months that this exact spot has been hit. I think it is time for a camera installed in the area.
Construction and clean up debris, about a pickup load.
  • Monroe Ave. Oakland, California - Upper Rockridge
A large pile of construction debris (probably from a local building site) has been dumped on Monroe Ave. half way between Broadway and Broadway Terrace. Please find the culprit (probably some lowlife contractor too cheap and lazy to go to the dump, the kind that make us legitimate contractors seethe), fine and charge him and haul it away. It is an eyesore and a driving hazard.
  • 5424 Martin Luther King Junior Way Oakland, California - Bushrod
A burned out pickup truck has been sitting at this location for over two weeks. It is an embarrassing eyesore, why it hasn't been towed is beyond me. It is at a city meter, next to a fire hydrant.
Please see to it that it is towed and the street cleaned up. I get tickets if the meter I am using runs out or I go over the two/four hour limit in various neighborhoods and I am actually working and paying taxes. It is frustrating to see eyesores like this continue to blight our city.
  • (Approximately) 485 Hudson St Oakland, California - Shafter
There are three Mercedes Benz cars parking on the street between Claremont and Miles that have expired registrations. These vehicles are apparently owned by the same person who also has three vehicles parked in his driveway as well as several tenants that have to park on the street. He seems to move the three with expired registration frequently enough to avoid getting tickets, However, he makes it difficult to find a parking space to work or live in the area let along use the local park or informal carpool pickup service across the street.
The three license plate numbers are:
    7AJK723
    5XQK819
    6EEX389
Please investigate and get some of these vehicles off the street.
  • (Approx.) 489-469 Hudson Oakland, California - Shafter
There are three Mercedes Benz cars parked on the street in this area, all with expired registration and I believe all with the same owner. His driveway has three additional cars and his tenants have to park on the street (along with the three MB). This makes it difficult to find parking in the neighborhood. The owner seems to move the cars often enough that he doesn't get ticketed, please step in and resolve this for those of us that also want to park in the neighborhood as well as for people using the park and the informal carpool access.
