The P.O. will not deliver mail unless I have a box. The manager at the Algonquin P.O. said you could provide us with a box to replace the demolitions mailbox until you can fix it.

The walkway next to the vacant building across from The Zhou B Art Center is full of debris and garbage once again. The building is crumbling and falling into the walkway.

The pavement on the south side of the street across from 1110-1106 W 34th Pl bordering the bank parking lot is raised up, non existent, and sunken. The damaged sidewalk extends to the corner of S Aberdeen St and W 34th Pl. My husband and I have tripped and even fallen numerous times in this area. Not sure who is responsible for this piece of property, but it needs to be fixed.

Rats are coming out of the vacant lot bordering 35th Street behind our houses on 34th Place.

It's the vacant lot at the corner of 34th Place and Morgan St. The lot is for sale but has garbage, dead trees, very high weeds, broken glass and is only partially fenced in a neighborhood with children.
The strip of land between the sidewalk ad the street is in the same condition. When photographing, a rat ran across the side walk from the lot to the street.
