In the new outdoor kitchen area, at Harrison Center, the sink faucet is dripping. If this could be repaired prior to May 31st, that would be appreciated due to the FOTP Golf Tourney dinner being held on the evening of May 31st.

The water fountain will not turn off.

there are cars parked on the sidewalk between Park and Oak Streets. makes for unsafe conditions for walkers, bicycles, and the disabled.

Light pole #20 in Lincoln Park doesn't come on. Picture attached.

I would like a bulletin board to be put up, and secured, on a wall inside Longfellow Recreation Center. A note has been put on the wall where we would like it put. Please use your judgement and place it where it will look good on that particular wall. The bulletin board is currently located outside Christina's office at the ARPD office, for pick up.

The garbage can next to the shack, has no liner in it. Staff called this in around 3pm. Can this be replaced on Tuesday morning? Thanks.

In the women's bathroom, inside the rec center, staff says that the soap dispenser has disappeared. They said they saw it one afternoon and then didn't see it the next day.

On the Walnut Street side of the Veteran's Memorial Building, there are large pieces of wood with nails dumped on the sidewalk.

Staff found the janitorial closet open, with the light on, at Tillman Rec Center. This is the door/room between the bathrooms.

Another report of the water fountain not working, constantly clogged with standing water. According to one staff member, there is quite a message thread on the Alameda Peeps Facebook group, where all are complaining about it always being out of service. Could it just be replaced?

On the bigger structure, the green slide has a substantial crack down the middle of it. Staff will put caution tape at the top of the slide, and will put cone and barricade at top and bottom. Called and left Bill Hudson a message.

Staff reported that they are on their last pack of tri-fold paper towels (for the dispenser). If more can be restocked, that would be great. Thanks!

There is no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, inside the rec center.

If the janitorial service can make sure they lock and secure the door they enter and leave from, that would be helpful. I've already reminded my staff, but I would like to remind everyone with access to the building. We have had at least three instances where the side door has been found unlocked.

The janitor's mops are quite smelly, and make the storage closet they are stored in equally smelly.

The bathrooms in the Washington recreation center don't appear to have been cleaned in the past couple days.

Staff at the Franklin center, said that it doesn't look like bathrooms have been cleaned since last week. And, garbage hasn't been taken out since last week.

On Friday, April 13th, an on-duty ARPD employee fell as she tripped on a raised sidewalk in front of the house listed above. She had to go to Kaiser on the Go for a sore shoulder and scrapes/bruises. Pat Russi was informed on 4/24 that a See Click Fix should have been sent in. The image attached looks like it had been marked previously, but is faded.
