    corner people parking their van and trailer on the house to the norths property between the fence and the road, killing the grass and blocking the line of sight to the north when we come out of the alley, on going parking issue with these people parking any place they like, the house to the north is vacant right now where they are parking.

    issue was reported weeks ago, still having people enter dwelling and garage for houra at a time any time day or night, people cotinue to scrap materials from garage like work shop, prevoius owners walked away from property, no water service to house, still power, using lights in house and power tools in garage and car port to cut scrap steel and what not. nobody is supposed to be there is our understanding from codes person.
