I called in to have brush removed. During its removal, the soil beneath the brush was significantly rutted by the mechanical arm used to pick up the brush. A couple of areas that were damaged by the arm requires fill soil to be added to level back out the area. Does the City repair this damaged area or is the homeowner responsible for correcting the situation with their own money and labor?
