Over growth of neighbor's trees into our yard. They are now accusing us of cutting down branches of the trees and cutting away at the roots. We have asked several times to have them cut back as they were dangerous this winter with the ice. Neighbor has now threatened to file a lawsuit against us saying my husband took a chainsaw to them. We do not own a chainsaw. After neither threatened us with a lawsuit I had to ask her several times before she would leave my property.
