    We live in the historic district. All alleys are supposed to be restored to brick in the historic district. The alleys around us have been restored but ours has not.

    This block needs an extra can in the middle of the block. The 7-11 business on this block generates large amounts of garbage that is littered on the street and this goes into the sewer and ultimately the river. The business is supposed to take care of picking up garbage daily but they have not done this in over a year. Thank you for your attention to this concern.
