Northbound Parkland Nr Belton warning of stop sign, & Stop sign blocked by tree foilage. Vehicles cannot stop as they do not see the Stop sign until they blow through it. Southbound Warning of Stop sign 1 block apart, becoming blocked by foliage, also. IMMEDIATE ATTENTION NEEDED, PLEASE. Thank you.

These new renters of about 3 to 4 months, have been told repeatedly that the Courvilles are picked up about 7pm every Monday, without fail. Every week, since moving in, they fail to put the loaded, overflowing Courvilles out on Sunday night, or before 7 am Monday. They miss pickup of course; and then proceed to off load their raw garbage into the nearby neighbors to get rid of it. I am receiving numerous calls from some irate neighbors, who keep their Courvilles very clean, utilizing plastic bags to do so. It is getting cold, many are older Seniors, & do not appreciate having to turn the outside water back on to clean these inconsoderate, irresponsible people's raw garbage. It is becoming a volatile situation, & must be addressed. The neighbors are also seeing cat sized RATS because of the habit they insist on doing every darn week not putting g out their garbage. The can is so loaded, the lid cannot be closed! There is no place for this week's garbage to be put. So, they'll be going out at night fall to load off on their neighbor again. The also have large household appliances sitting out on the back porch for 6 weeks! They have been asked nicely by the neighbors to get rid of them. They are a safety hazard, & need to also be removed. I have a good report with many landlord in our neivhborhood, including this manager of this property. However, after repeated tries to reach her to mediate this volatile situation unsuccessfully, I have decided it is best to ask the DPW & / or Environmental Enforcement to handle this on-going week after week garbage /rat invitational / & 3 large appliance debris on the back porch. Our neighborhood will greatly appreciate your assistance with this disruptive family, who refuse to abide by the regulations.

VACANT LOT, OWNED BY CITY, OR LANDBANK, 2ND COMPLAINT FROM ME. 3 MEN HAVE APPEARED ON A COUPLE OCCASIONS & PROCEEDED TO PARTIALLY CHOP TREES, WEED TREES, & BRUSH. THEY THEN PROCEED TO PILE IT UP ALL ALONG THE BERM, IN A HUGE, TALL PILE FOR EVERYONE TO LOOK AT FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS! I HAD A NEIGHBOR GIVE THEM MY PH. #, & ASK THE NUM-NUTS TO CALL ME. THEY TOOK THE #, & SAID THEY WERE WORKING FOR 'SOMEONE' (NEVER STATING WHO. THIS IS A LANDBANK PROPERTY. THEY KNOW BETTER THAN TO HAVE ANY WORKERS CUT & PILE TREES & BRUSH LIKE THAT! COULD YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS SITUATION?

Vacant home with large tree branches on both the Front ( Dacosta side) & Sawyer side of home.

7304 Dacosta is a vacant overgrown lot, loaded with horrible weed trees, diminishing the size of the lot. It also has a berm full of some cut brush pulled up & unbundled, which will not be picked up by Advance! It is also a haven for rat infestation, visible to the neighbors. This needs to be cleaned up, please.

Illegal turn on with a 'key' of disconnected water, by DWSD. WE HAVE PICTURES.IF YOU NEED THEM, OF THE OWNERS SONS TURNING THE WATER BACK ON WITH A ILLEGAL KEY.

Tremendous overgrowth at this vacant rental, back & front yards. Broken glass on City sidewalk, along with much junk left behind by renters for last couple weeks, which the landlord has evidently just ignorre, & left there. Many children & animals play & walk in this area daily. A mess, rats the size of a small dog, & the neighborhood families should not be subjected to such a mess! Any help would be truly appreciated.

This house was reported twice in the last week & 1/2. It has a huge load of household articles piled on the berm, much too much for Advance to pick up! This pile of household articles contains huge plastic bags of stuff mixed in with brush, & branches, furniture, building supplies, you name it! I stopped to ask a woman and man, who were there this past Sun. afternoon, removing stuff, putting it in their car, then propped the side door back against the opening, who they were. They said they owned it, but refused to give their names. Nasty rude people. I told them they needed a dumpster for the pile out front. I won't repeat what they said. Can the City remove this mess? Advance will not take it.

Overgrown backyard, with pit bull mama & father dogs with multible puppies kept in garage, adults matting down the grass. Needs to be cut. Privacy white fence on Rockdale side concealing back yard. Doors, gates, kids toys blocking hole in fencing. You must go up to the side door to see into the yard of overgrown grass. I was called to rescue the mother & father pit bull dogs, as I received a call from a concerned neighbor about loose large pits dogs in street. It turned out they belong to this house. The guy came out when I banged on the side door, to say yes they were his dogs, & he sells the pups, & was going to beat their assets for getting out.

Wide open FIRE HYDRANT, RUNNING AT FULL CAPACITY FOR NO REASON! NO CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AT THIS POINT IN EITHER DIRECTION FOR A FULL BLOCK +! WHAT A WASTE OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCE. WHO PAYS FOR THIS!???? PLEASE TAKE CARE OF IMMEDIATELY! LOCATION IS BELTON @ / AND ON PARKLAND.
