    Between 4009 and 4013 cutshaw, there is standing water in the alley. It is especially bad after a rain, but stays there longer than the other places in the alley. Needs to have the drainage checked, or water main.

    There has been a steel plate in front of this residence for about 3 years. It has been reported numerous times and NOTHING IS DONE! Someone will come and look at it, then they spray it with paint, adjust the orange cones and LEAVE. It is dangerous. Everyone has to weave around it and it takes up precious parking availability on this street.
