    Hello,

    I am writing to discuss a few issues I have been having regarding the new rules for overnight parking in Kearny.

    I have renewed my overnight parking for 2017, but have not been able to use my parking spot because there is always a car parked there.

    If it snows, it becomes impossible to locate parking spots, so people end up using the wrong spots.

    It seems like it was better when you could use any parking spot, instead of having a specific one.

    I end up parking on the street in order to avoid using someone else's spot. It's very frustrating, especially late at night, when I get back from work.

    I have a parking permit for VFW lot on Belgrove Drive, but I simply cannot find a parking spot.
    There are commercial vehicles and cars without permits using the lot at night, and as a result, there are hardly any parking spaces available.
