Other Acknowledged5012 E. Seminary Ave Richmond, Virginia - Ginter Park
The storm drain located directly in front of 5012 East Seminary Ave becomes non functional under moderate rain conditions. It is full of debris including plastic bottles, plastic bags, etc. The drain fills quickly then water simply backups becoming a fast moving stream that floods vehicles park along that side of the street and overwhelms the remaining storm drains. Under heavy rain the water comes over the curb and has on occasion reached across the sidewalk.
I initially report this issue on Feb 12 and have not received any feedback. The response notification assigned a case number of 100000105728
