Mulch die was recently applied to most of the ground level mulch on the 400 and 500 blocks of Main Street. What brand of dye was used and is it pet safe?
Also the application was done very poorly and there are drips, footprints and spray patterns all across the sidewalk. Is there any plan to clean that up?
