    The storm drain on the corner of l4th Ave. N.E. and Locust still floods after just a small amount of rain. It does not drain and stays stagnant.

    Underneath the storm drain concrete cover on the corner of Locust and l4th ave. N. E. there is a whole and dirt is leaking from underneath as something may be broken at this site.

    This property (storm drains) is constantly overflowing when just a little rain and has been for decades. They came a couple weeks ago and entered the drain and as soon as it rained it overflowed onto Locust again causing flooding.

    Why has no one responded to our issues regarding recycling bins, All you do is close it.
    The mayor needs to address why people are being charged and not even using this service. This is not right. I have complained about this from the get go and have received zero response? We sent ours back. This program is a FLOP.

    Today a man came sprinkled chemicals around properties.
    Why are you spending thousands of dollars on fliers and not fogging. Of course we have mosquitoes. And you Don't address the ugly blue recyCling containers; which are probably adding to the rank water and breeding. I have complained why am I being charged for them for a year and no response. We sent them back and don't even have them on our property!

    Friday another gentleman came and claimed the city won't bill you for the sewage of filling of the pool. We had it filled twice.
    Why is this closed? The pool is full of metals and stained.

    Our new pool is stained, stinks, and I would like to know if you even care about our quality of water for God's sakes. St. Petersburg has l00 over l00 years leaking pipes. Please address this firstThis will certainly make people sick!

    near the alley at 346 14th Ave. N.E. is all rotten and encroaching on our pathway and ready to cave in. I live at 356 14th Ave. N.E. This is not my fence.
