    I put the recycle bin out by 8:45am today (3/23/18) and found it still full at 5:15pm. Any reason why it has not been emptied today?

    There is a water hydrant located about 500' off of Edmands Road, in front of the properties 266 & 268 Edmands Road. Questions are:
    1) Has this hydrant been checked recently? The firemen may not know about it, which leads me to my second question..
    2) Are the local firemen aware there is a hydrant here? How can I make them aware there is a hydrant? Valuable seconds would be wasted if they think they need to run a hose all the way down the driveway in the event of a fire in either home.
