    Traffic on W Dallas between 45 and Clay is very heavy during morning rush hour. Many cars in right lane are backed up to turn into parking garage which makes it very difficult to get into right lane to turn on clay. Would it be possible to make the right lane turn only, and the left lane could then turn right or go straight? Perhaps even if it's only during rush hour..
