Sorry i had to generalize in my description, this is really about speed limit signs on Washington st., cars pass sometimes going over 50 here...there are children and animals who would suffer extensive injuries should anything happen. I realize it should be implied that this is a thickly settled area, but it obviously isn't. What can i do about this??
