The owner has his dog unleashed. The dog chased me and my dog down the street. I yelled to the owner to get his dog, as mine is not friendly but the owner ignored me. Another neighbor brought the dog to his owner whose response was to shrug his shoulders. Even though his dog may be friendly, not every dog is and he puts his dog at risk having it unleashed. His dog chased us down the whole block & got very close to us. Neighbors say its been loose before. Now I'm scared to walk my dog.
