    Apparently whoever lived at 703 S. State St. decided to toss their garbage on the sidewalk making the sidewalk impassable especially to baby strollers and wheel chairs.

    The grass between the city street and city sidewalk is taller than the fire hydrant! Please have someone mow this, if it gets much taller it will become a traffic hazard with it being hard to see cars... Northwest corner of State St. and John St.

    The residents of this home began a siding project last fall. The project was never completed and now building materials have remained outside. The boxes of unused vinyl siding are crumbling because they have been abandoned in the yard. Please have neighborhood services address this issue. Also some saw horses left outside in the commons area.

    211 W. William is a rental property. The tenant or landlord is allowing refuse to accumulate in the yard. This blighted property is dragging down the surrounding neighborhood. A couple of years back we had shots fired inside this house. Currently a crappy couch has been left at the curb. There is an abandoned tire in the yard and the porch is strewn with misc debris.

    The road in front of 204 w. William St. is in need of a patch. There is an area that is sunken or depressed that is rough when traveled over. This area of concrete has been bad for years would the City come and fill the low area with asphalt? There is also a growing pothole at the intersection of State and William.
