"tow away" no parking Signage in front of smart and final is ineffective. Too small and ground paint has faded. Daily there are cars blocking the loading zone which causes the smart and final delivery trucks to double park on Hazelwood which is a busy street. Numerous calls to the store to have the street unblocked and nothing is being done. Store manager said they call SSFPD and no one responds. I've called SSFPD and they responded and said they don't get calls from the store... Enforcement needs to happen or better signage. Daily there are trucks double parked causing drivers to have to play chicken.
