    This structure has been reported several times. The owner has received a violation and the has been a contractor out to clean up the property. Now the door has been pried open with a "no parking" sign, pulled from the side of the street. The door is currently wide open. Someone broke in to steal the air conditioner out of one of the Windows, so now there is a hole in a first floor window.
    This neighborhood is getting impatient with this owner. This has happened too many time for him to receive just a warning.

    This house has been vacant and boarded up for some time now. It has also been reported before for this same violation. The door is clearly open. Vagrants have been in and out of the building. On 11 of April 2016, a lady was found passed out on the porch. OKCFD, OKCPD and paramedics had to come and remove her.
    This is not the first offense for this property! This is an ongoing issue!

    This structure is unsecured and attracting vagrants. It is NOT under construction, it has trash on the porches, broken windows and now a homeless person is sleeping on the front stoop. In the picture for this complaint you can see him. This house is starting to become a problem, it needs to be addressed by the city.
