    Our renting neighbor across the street has a white minivan that is used for mobile ultra sound engagements. Multiple times per week another individual parks the vehicle in the picture at different locations up and down our street and then leaves in the white minivan. It seems like the person is homeless because the vehicle is jammed full of stuff.
