When traveling west on Mt. Vernon a left hand turn lane has been created to turn onto N. Peachtree Rd. When traveling east people are trying to turn left into the shopping center & there is no turn lane for that. These people are crossing a double yellow line & interning the turn lane the wrong direction. It is not clear if a left turn into the shopping center is legal or not. This is an accident waiting to happen and if no left turn is allowed when traveling east a sign needs to be placed.
