There is a discarded mattress about 5 feet from the walkway - it's been there a long time (see Issue ID: 7682956 - April 2020, and Issue ID: 8827016). You closed the issue because "we just heard back from Solid Waste Services that a work order has been created to collect this today." That was a month ago - and it's still there - I just checked!. Maybe they couldn't find it because your location map really messes up. maps.google.com says the address is "3540-3698 Avent Ferry Rd.)
If you are on the sidewalk on the other side of Avent Ferry Rd from where Crab Orchard Dr. enters, and walk towards Lake Johnson about 125 feet and stop 5 feet before the utility pole (I think the number is REE09) then look to the right (i.e. away from the roadway) you'll see the mattress about 5 feet from the edge of the sidewalk.

The street sign is turned 90 degrees so it mislabels the two streets.

Checked yesterday 3/27/2020 and the mattress described in Issue ID: 7682956 is still lying there in the same place.

Dead deer at side of road.

The sign at the intersection of Reavis and Chaney is missing the Chaney name, and the Reavis one is aligned with Chaney.

The street sign marking the intersection of Jaguar and Smithdale is out of the ground and in the Jaguar Stadium parking lot.

On the Swift Dr. side of Avent Ferry, close to pole REE09, there is a discarded mattress just into the woods on the side of the sidewalk.

A chunk of the curb - a concrete piece about 1' long broke off and fell out.

Street lights on during clear/sunny times - 2400 block and some of 2500 block. Reported to Duke Power and they said those belong to the City of Raleigh. So I'm reporting this.

There is a small white plastic drain pipe near the West end of this business from which a fair amount of water drains across the sidewalk. Now it doesn't cause any trouble, it just looks bad, but in freezing weather it will be a serious hazard.
