With all the recent news regarding the increase in illegal firework sales and use due to COVID19 cancellations of fireworks demos scheduled for July 4th I'm hoping Pembroke Pines police will enforce laws regarding fireworks use in our city In the past they haven't responded to complaints stating they couldn't do anything They are illegals and harmful and disturbing to our pets

Sidewalks are largely impassible in this entire community due to many residents and visitors who continuously park on the sidewalks blocking passage. Walkers, children, disabled, are forced to walk in the street at risk of traffic. This has been previously reported to the city and to Americans with Disabilities Act. Pembroke Pines code states that it is a violation to block sidewalks with parked vehicles yet no env enforcement is ever brought to bear. Seems the only enforcement is related to pressure washing sidewalks that we can’t even use. Please post signs indicating that parking on sidewalks is not allowed and provide enforcement.

Sidewalks and driveways continuously flood. Street elevation is higher than sidewalk and water stands in area between street and yards completely flooding sidewalks yards and driveways to to point you can’t walk from your car or on sidewalk without having to wade thru 6-9 inches of water when it rains. Same problem for about half the houses on this block. Need drains installed or elevation adjusted or both. Very dangerous especially for handicapped persons and people in wheelchairs. Also, cars throughout neighborhood continuously block sidewalks making them impassable in violation of code.

Are 10 foot high fences such as this allowed in Pembroke lakes?
