  • Commerce Way And 22nd Avenue Oakland, California - Rancho San Antonio

I reported illegal dumping last week on Commerce Way at 22nd Avenue. The dumped items have already been picked up, but I am writing to report that I check my security camera footage and saw the person who dumped the items.

The man drove a grey Honda Accord. The license plate is somewhat hard to read, but I'm almost sure it is 5SSC661. A photo of the car and license plate is attached. I have video footage I am willing to submit if it is helpful. The man had long black hair, that he wore down in a ponytail. He looked to be average height, thin, and between 30-40 years old. He walked with a bad limp, like he was injured. The items dumped were a fish tank, car tire, and a folding wooden clothes stand.

The items were dumped on Commerce Way, near where it dead-ends near 22nd Avenue, on the night of Tuesday, July 11th, at 10PM.
