    I have called DPW about this issue in the past and was told trash takes precedence, so I should limit my bags. I placed 4 out last week. They weren't taken. I placed 3 out this week. They weren't taken. I can't believe there was no room for two weeks in a row. I have also spoken to the men on the trucks themselves and had to remind them face to face that I was within the guidelines. I think they are choosing not to take them.

    I'll start by saying I appreciate having my street plowed but have to say. I don't appreciate being blocked in by the plows. My neighbors and I dug my driveway out only for me to wake up to being blocked today. I know is was not necessary because it remained unblocked since Sunday and other plows have come through. Driveways deserve consideration by the plow drivers.
