    I've noticed an increase in rats running through our alley (and in and out of people's backyards). I spot multiple rats every evening, sometimes during the day as well.

    Streetlight in the alley turns on and off every couple of minutes all night long.
  • 257 Warren St Ne Washington, District of Columbia - Capitol Hill
    Streetlight is out at 257 Warren Street (Vacant lot) in the treebox by the alley entrance. Noticed that it did not come on last night when all the other street lamps on our street came on.
