The lights at the intersection of eastern Ave and Pleasant Street seem to used by motorcycles and
other supped up cars as a starting light by revving their engines and taking off when the light turns
green. This causes an incredible amount of noise for the first few houses right after the lights.
This is especially acute when the weather starts getting warmer and the bikers are out.
Can anything be done?
