For 2 years, this same individual shown in the photo has been driving a dirt bike up and down the sidewalk and street on Peck St. between Blatchley and Lombard. I called NHPD, again, twice over the weekend and received no assistance. The individual resides at 345 Peck St. and parks the dirt bike in the rear of that building. All of which I have reported to NHPD numerous times. We have at least 10 children at play on our sidewalks and its only a matter of time before one of these children will be injured by this reckless and illegal driving of a dirt bike on the sidewalk and in the street.

I tried calling the NHPD to inquire why a helicopter was hovering about the roofs on Peck Street because I initially thought the pilot was experiencing some type of emergency, but I was rudely told that the NHPD doesn't give out any information regarding hovering helicopters, and then the DA disconnected the call. Anyone out there know what's going on?
