Sat at this light for over 20 minutes trying to make a left turn and the light only changed once and that was only because a pedestrian activated the crosswalk button. Ended up making a right turn instead. The advance signal also doesn't work, so only 1 or 2 vehicles get to turn through the light when it does work.
