the 90 degree curve on Spencer Circle is littered with leaves and debris in right of way because storm drain is plugged again and a telephone line is down laying in the road. You have to go into oncoming lane to go around curve.

Dead pine tree leaning over road

the drain on the big curve on Spencer Circle is plugged up again causing debris to pile up in the street. you have to go into the other lane to go around the curve.

a big tree has fallen and leaning on another big tree. if it continues to fall it will fall right into the street taking out power lines on the way.

issue # 387877 was closed but not finished. they may have cleaned the drain but shrubs are still hanging over the guard rail so bad you have to get in other lane going around curve

they finally cut grass and boarded up empty house and pilled everything at the curb but the city wont pick it up

This house has been vacant several years . The front and back lot is very overgrown, windows busted out, inside vandalized, wild animals living in it.

At corner of Spencer Circle and St. Charles you have to pull out past the stop sign to see if anythings coming. needs cutting back.

the curve on spencer circle is full of debris again clogging the storm drain. debris all in road. trash cans,shopping carts being dumped by rail. you have to go into other lane to go around curve.
