Neighbors complaining about loud noise (repairing cars) all hours of the day. They suspect car repair business out of garage.

Green Trash can has been out over 10 days by a stop sign making it hard for drivers.

During debris pick up dozens of 18 wheeler dump trucks ran over curb damaging the curb, leaving a large chunk of concrete.

This resident seems to be operating a car repair business.

This owner does not keep up with the property. Please help with cleaning up this property.

Speed hump needs to be painted. Paint has faded. The speed hump is located next to 8711 Jason Street on the Braeburn Glen Blvd side.

This is not cross walk. I could not continue with 311app unless I entered something on this section. This request has to do with the red curb and no parking markings that need to be repainted badly on both sides of the street.

Large section is sinking/buckling causing a hazard.

Property owner was advised of fallen tree. Nothing was done by property owner. If it wasn't for a good neighbor who cut the section of the tree extending over the street it would still be blocking the road. Heavy trash pick up came by today and only collected the small sections that was cut by the neighbor. The main tree is still laying in front of the house. Knowing the history of this property owner nothing will get done. Please help us rectify this problem with this irresponsible property owner. Thank you.
