The stairs next to the new power station have become a drinking hangout. There is broken glass and trash on the stairs and in the high weeds next to it. I was not able talk walk down the stairs the other day as there were people blocking the stairs, drinking, and asking me for money. Please clean this, provide trash and recycling bins and increase police patrols in this area during the day.
