Years back road work was done on Diana Ct. and Vessing Rd. In the process, some of the curb on the SW corner that was painted red was replaced and never repainted. People park on the corner and their cars stick out into Vessing Rd. where it's only wide enough for 2 lanes of traffic entering and exiting Geary. Anyone turning right from Diana Court to get onto Geary, (including the multitude of traffic using it as a turn around for Mary Janes), have to pull out into on coming traffic to get around anyone parked on the corner. It's very dangerous because the car on the corner limits visibility and traffic is often driving fast coming from Geary. This usually happens when the amount of traffic is increased due to drop offs and pick ups from PHE at the end of Vessing Rd. making it even worse. It would be great if the corner could be painted red far enough back to insure visibility and make it safe to turn right from Diana Ct..

Occasionally people park here to drop off their kids. They are actually parking in the street. The Vessing entrance/exit is only wide enough for 2 cars. If a car is exiting Vessing onto Geary and another car comes around the corner entering Vessing with a car parked there, the entering car must veer into the exiting cars lane to avoid the parked car. The line of site issue increases the danger of this because when you're exiting Vessing, you can't see the car entering early enough. I'm guessing if you can't see them, they can't see you either. Mary Janes has put cones out to avoid parking there but the curb needs to get painted because when I politely approached someone parking there, she argued with me that she wasn't doing anything wrong, it wasn't illegal to park there, the police park there and have told her she can (thus the cones). I told her I wasn't interested in the legality, just the safety and it would be great if she could appreciate this and park elsewhere.
