Flashing red traffic backed up

Large sign down , hit by a car.

Left turn traffic light Structure is pointing down and needs to properly adjusted back to the correct position. Currently lights are not visible to drivers.

Street sign down due to another accident at this intersection.
Street debris from accident also need to be cleaned up.

Concrete poured by contractors about 90 days ago while building a handicap sidewalk ramp and curb has totally failed. It is dangerous to public and looks terrible. Needs to be redone.

Strong sewer odor present for 2 days.

The lights were changed to allow for turns on yield in some cases and no turns in others. There has been 6 accidents in the past 39 days.
Very poor design of traffic through this intersection. Do not turn and yield on green signs are to small and barely visible at night. Tons of beeping and honking as well.
Can someone competent review this mess before we have a fatality.

Traffic cover and sign to turn on green arrow are uncovered. The temp traffic light and sign state yield on green.
Signage is creating left turn confusion and 3 accidents.
Also yield on green sign has obscured vision and should be positioned for clear view.
This reported before case 101004064671 nothing has been done.

Cover came off left signal light creating confusion to proper left turn. Currently one sign reads yield on green the other left on arrow. Dangerous!!!
